No problem. Most guided ATV guests are first-timers. Every guided ATV tour includes a full safety briefing before departure, and the Çerkezë Lake tour is the gentlest option.
Yes, you need to wear a helmet at all times when riding a ATV/quad bike. Helmets are provided.
Yes, you need a valid car driving license. Provisional licence is not accepted. Guests without a valid licence can ride as passengers on guided quad tours.
Drivers must be 18+ for drivers and 10+ for passengers on legacy ATV guidance. The current product brief also states passengers on quads must be 8+ and children under 18 ride as passengers only.
On a guided tour, our guide leads or drives. On a self-guided bike or e-bike route, you ride alone after a briefing. On self-drive enduro or 4×4, you take a licensed vehicle out alone with a map, GPX file, waiver, and deposit.
No. You can book online without paying upfront. After booking, you choose how to pay: online via a link we send you, or at our base in cash or by card.
Free cancellation on any pre-paid amount up to 24 hours before your tour or pickup time. Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable. If we cancel due to unsafe weather, we offer a new date or cancel with no charge.
Yes. Enduro and 4×4 self-drive require a €400 deposit collected at base by cash or card and refunded on return if there is no damage. Camping gear rental has a €100 deposit.

Most products run year-round, subject to weather. The Çerkezë boat and swim products run May to September only.
