About this experience
The Bovilla ride, for people who'd rather ride than drive.
Three hours from our base in Zall-Herr, out through village roads and up the rocky mountain tracks to the Bovilla restaurant - the same route as our flagship quad tour, but in our 4×4 with one of our drivers behind the wheel. You'll start on the quiet roads through Zall-Herr, then leave the village behind and climb into open mountain terrain.
Rocky tracks, wide ridge views, and after about 45 minutes you reach the Bovilla restaurant, high above the reservoir. From there, you have an hour to choose your own moment: hike up to the mountain viewpoint over the turquoise water of Bovilla, or stay at the restaurant for a drink or light food.
Or both. Then we drive back the way we came.
Each 4×4 fits up to three passengers plus the driver, so this tour works well for couples, families with kids, and small groups. No driving licence needed, no age minimum for passengers - kids are welcome.

- Payment is made after booking by payment link, or at our base in cash or by card before the tour starts.
- Pricing is per vehicle, not per person.
- Free cancellation on any pre-paid amount up to 24 hours before start time.
- If we cancel due to unsafe weather, we offer a new date or cancel with no charge.
